- After you place your order you’ll receive an email with the subject line: "Giving Aura as a Gift?"
- Open the email on your smart device and follow the instructions.
- If you don’t already have the Aura app installed, you’ll be prompted to install the app and create an Aura Account, then you can remotely set up your gift in the Aura app.
- The recipient will also need a smartphone or tablet to download the Aura app and create an Aura account. The app will guide them through the steps to connect the frame to WiFi. Once their frame is online, the pre-loaded photos will appear on the frame! If you included a gift message, the recipient will see your note displayed in the app.
Note: Alternatively, if you have the frame in your possession, you can use the Gift Setup code on the outside of the box before passing the frame on to the recipient.
