Caution, If you do run into an issue - DO NOT HARD RESET your frame (e.g. sticking a paperclip in the reset hole). Your photos will be lost if you reset your frame.
Instead, please submit a request and let us know the issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

My shipment is showing delivery after Mother's Day.
Unfortunately, we are aware of some orders that will not make delivery by Mother's Day. We worked with UPS and our warehouse to move as many orders as possible to Saturday delivery so please check your tracking link again to see if there is any change.
If your delivery is showing as after Mother's day, there isn't anything further we can do to change the delivery date and we're very sorry for the delay
