Aura is protected by a 1-Year Manufacturing Warranty which covers any manufacturing or hardware defects.

This does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear. If you encounter any issues with the hardware that are not resolved through troubleshooting or resources available in our Help Center, please contact us so we can help. If we can't resolve the issue and your frame is covered under warranty and you are located in the continental US, we'll send you a new frame. We will also provide a prepaid return label so you can send back the faulty unit.

Please note that by requesting and receiving a replacement, you agree to return the defective unit to Aura Frames within 90 days using the prepaid UPS label provided or be charged the cost of the replacement frame.

If the frame in need of replacement is located outside the continental US, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you to resolve the issues.
